When working with clients I always try to be accessible for questions and to help guide them through a transaction. Whether it’s a commercial or residential transaction emotions can run high. As an agent it’s my job to help get the deal to the finish line in a professional manner. Over the past 24 years I’ve gathered a lot of experience while working in retail management. This experience has taught me patience and the ability to problem solve. During the course of a transaction there are many points where experience is the difference between a deal being completed or just falling apart. By providing different perspectives on certain situations and possible solutions my help can make a difference. I’ve learned every transaction is unique with moving parts that can be overwhelming. Trust in my ability to evaluate situations as they come up and recommending how to proceed is earned from day one. When making a recommendation I always try to point out the positive as well as the negative. This may provide a prospective that maybe wasn’t thought of before. This is something that I’ve done and will continue to do for years to come. My top priority is to provide professional services that will benefit my clients today and in the future.
